Someone there commented that it's "all manga-like" which is...well, fitting, consider it came from manga xD It's from a page I found at the scanslation site Rockman Tanjou a while back, and just haven't had occasion to use until now. The base, sized to 80x80, is also used as a club avatar over at a secondary art site I go to. If you decide to use it for yourself, please credit me, CBIzumi.
